Please join us for a panel discussion from 9-11am on how we can further build the concrete evidence base for the value of integrated health services. There will be breakfast and networking starting at 8:30am. For those unable to attend, the event will be livestreamed via webcast.
With the adoption of Sustainable Development Goal 3 and the global drive to achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC), the integration of health services is the subject of renewed interest. It is largely agreed that integrated service delivery not only helps to enhance the efficiency and quality of health services, but also improves the health and well-being of health care users.
This panel will explore how we can further build the evidence base for integration, in order to concretely demonstrate its value and also learn lessons to continually improve efforts. Panelists will also explore key perspectives that take us beyond agreement and towards action on areas that are critical for successful integration in a variety of contexts: people-centered approaches, governance, public-private collaboration, health information, and financing.
