We are pioneering a new outlook on health in the US by adapting global health strategies to local communities
Together, Global to Local and Global Health at Home, are creating a space where researchers, global and US-based health professionals, non-profits, government, and the private sector can learn about this approach and share ideas and collaborate.
We are learning from work in low and middle-income countries and global health innovators like the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, PATH, the Gates Foundation, and WHO. From Community Health Workers to the use of mobile phones in case management, we can improve the patient experience and access to healthcare while fighting to lower clinical costs and empower communities through health equity.
